1rm888 is more than a name — it is our commitment to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting and gaming experience built specifically for players in Malaysia.
Who We Are
In an online entertainment landscape crowded with choices from every direction, 1rm888 takes a different approach — we are not trying to be everything to everyone. We focus on being the best platform for Malaysian players who want a betting and online casino experience truly tailored to their needs.
When you log in to 1rm888, it will not feel like a foreign platform auto-translated into Malay. Every detail — from language options and payment methods to the types of games offered and how our support team communicates with you — is designed with Malaysian players as the top priority.
1rm888 was built on a simple belief: Malaysian players deserve an online entertainment platform that matches international standards while truly understanding local needs and preferences. From supporting DuitNow and Touch 'n Go as primary payment methods, to offering relevant sports like badminton in the Sports Betting section — every decision was made with a clear picture of who our players really are.
Throughout our journey, 1rm888 has grown from a platform with a few hundred games to one of the most complete online entertainment destinations in Malaysia. Our game portfolio now covers video slots with hundreds of titles from world-class providers, Live Casino with Malaysian-speaking dealers, sports betting across more than 30 disciplines, fish shooting games with stunning 3D graphics, online bingo, and much more.
One thing we have never compromised on since day one is the safety of our players. Every deposit and withdrawal transaction on 1rm888 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks in Malaysia. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Beyond technical security, 1rm888 also takes social responsibility in gaming seriously. We provide a range of self-management tools that players can use to control their platform usage — from daily deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits to forced break options and self-account closure. Responsible gaming is not just a slogan for us — it is an operational principle we uphold firmly.
This is a question we often ask our own players, and the most common answer we receive is not about the number of games or the size of the jackpot. The most consistent answer is: "Easy to deposit and withdraw, and if there's a problem someone can help quickly."
This reflects what we prioritise at 1rm888. Transaction convenience — deposits processed within minutes via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and bank transfer, plus winnings withdrawals processed within hours — is the backbone of our player experience. And genuinely responsive 24/7 live chat support ensures you are never left in the dark when an issue arises.
Our Advantages
From security to convenience, here are the core features that set 1rm888 apart from other platforms in the market.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and your personal data. A multi-layered security system with two-factor authentication (2FA) keeps your account access safer.
Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and bank transfer are processed instantly. Winnings are withdrawn within 1–4 hours to your bank account or digital wallet.
Video slots, Live Casino, fish shooting games, bingo, sports betting and e-Sports — all on one platform. World-class providers ensure the quality and fairness of every game.
Our Malay-speaking support team is ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. Issues are typically resolved within minutes.
The 1rm888 App is available for iOS and Android with an interface optimised for touchscreens. All platform features are available right in the palm of your hand.
A full suite of self-management tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and mandatory cooling-off periods — keeps your gaming experience enjoyable and in control.
Our Journey
Every step we take is to deliver a better experience to the Malaysian players who trust us.
We keep growing and improving the platform based on feedback from our players. Your suggestions matter — reach us via 24/7 live chat support.

Our Core Values
These four values are not just words — they are how we run our business every day.
Player data and fund security is our number one priority — no compromises.
All games use independently audited RNG. Bonus terms are stated clearly — no hidden conditions.
We continually improve the platform, add new games, and enhance the user experience based on player feedback.
We actively promote responsible gaming and provide tools to help players stay in control.
Partners
1rm888 partners with international-grade game and service providers to deliver the best quality experience for players in Malaysia.
One thing that international online entertainment platforms often overlook when entering the Malaysian market is the importance of a truly local experience — not just translating the interface into Bahasa Malaysia. At 1rm888, we understand that Malaysian players have unique tastes, needs and expectations.
In our Sports Betting section, for example, the Malaysian Super League, FA Cup, and badminton matches involving Malaysian players receive far deeper market coverage than overseas platforms that may only offer basic 1X2 markets for local fixtures. We know how much the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup mean to Malaysian badminton fans, which is why we always ensure comprehensive betting markets are available for these events.
In the online entertainment industry, trust is the most valuable and hardest-won asset. At 1rm888, we never take our players' trust for granted. Every operational decision we make — from how we handle bonuses and promotions, how we process withdrawals, to how we address complaints — is measured against one question: does this build or erode our players' trust?
Transparency is how we answer this question. The terms and conditions of every bonus are stated clearly and easy to understand. The withdrawal process is transparent with status trackable at any time. Every platform policy — from the privacy policy to the responsible gaming policy — is publicly available and written in language any regular player can understand, not just lawyers.
The 1rm888 platform you use today is the result of thousands of pieces of feedback we have received from our players throughout our time in operation. Every improvement suggestion, every complaint we received, and every new feature request — all reviewed seriously by our team.
A smoother deposit process, a more intuitive mobile app interface, game options better suited to Malaysian tastes, and faster withdrawal processing times — all of these are the direct result of listening to what our players want. And we are not stopping here. As long as there is room to improve, 1rm888 will keep moving forward.
